Tahoe Vista Recreation Area brings sandy shoreline, a marked swimming area and a public boat launch together at 7010 North Lake Boulevard.
Enjoy picnic space, an accessible lake overlook, restrooms and an outdoor shower. Swimming and launch activity share this waterfront: use the designated swimming area and check posted rules.
The ramp operates seasonally and depends on lake levels. As of November 5, 2026, NTPUD reports it closed for the season due to low water. Check the official status before towing a boat. Launch access does not include a slip or overnight mooring.
Confirm launch hours, trailer parking and current vessel inspection requirements before departure. Use the official inspection program for the latest preparation steps.
